Hi Lorraine, we often advise clients to seek out dance as part of their integration and include it in our integration handbook. Body movement of any kind is a wonderful way to integrate mind and body. Thank you for underlining the importance of this!

Dance has been a very powerful integration (and intention setting) tool for me as a way of physically expressing the emotions and insights I experienced during my session. It’s another strong form of bodywork in that it moves any stuck energy remaining – both psychically and physically. I’ve also found it to be helpful in deepening the intention before a session. I suggest we add it as both an intention setting tool and an integration tool.
